This virtual show, sponsored by Insider Travel Report and TAConnect, features up to 30 family travel suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators and more, exhibiting their products for family travel specialist travel advisors. Our themed Virtual Roadshows are held on four consecutive days, Monday-Thursday, for three hours per day. Panel sessions do not change, only the attendees and exhibitor pitch and collateral material. Each day draws travel advisors targeted by four geographical markets (in ET, CT, MT, PT, Canada) and sales specialty. The benefit is a more focused dialogue based on the travel advisor’s physical location and sales specialty. Exhibitors can change out booth documents and staff as needed per day. We limit each Roadshow to only 30 partners to create high engagement and meaningful meetings. We showcase travel advisor specialists that are 100 percent guaranteed new leads and match them up for 1:1 meetings. For more information, suppliers can email Brittany O’Mara at brittany@travelrelations.com. Travel advisors will be notified one month before the event to register. Nov. 30-Dec. 3: ILTM Cannes.
